If you want to be far from everything and everyone and enjoy nature, it is definitely a place I would recommend. A really nice, clean and large apartment almost on top of a mountain. Really nice view from the large balcony and very nice hosts. The apartment contained everything necessary, including kitchen utensils, dishwasher, TV with the option of international channels/streaming services and cozy surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice, clean, extremely cosy and spacious apartment with astonishing view to the mountains from its enornous balcony. From the friendly owners, we got all the necessary info in time. A separate room is available for the skiing equipment and Kreischberg ski area is less than 10 mins drive from the house. It’s perfect for a ski holiday but even for a summer hike.

Room was spotless and newly painted in 2021. The bed was so comfortable and we later learned that they were new in 2023. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their family run hotel. We also ate dinner in the hotel and the food was excellent. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection of hot and cold items.

Hotel was a big surprise! From other reviews I expected bit neglected object, that requires renovation. And reality was so much better! OK, rooms look bit dated, but on the other hand, all equipment is so good quality, that is still in perfect condition. Also, everything is super clean and room was very spacious. Garage is unexpesive and very convenient. Ski storage room is great - spacious and warm. Breakfast buffet is decent. Sauna is small, but nice.

Thanks to the train along the river and the cycle path, it is ideal for family cycling (along the river by bike, uphill back by train). Nice public swimming pool. The Murau Summer Card is a great thing, offering many attractions included in the price and others at a discount. The cable car is only in operation some days a week outside the winter months - you need to plan your use. Beautiful surroundings in the entire Mur River Valley.

In the heart of beautiful Austria... so many villages to see, castles to visit, refuges and trails to explore... waterfalls, lakes, views... bike paths... and even more parks, swimming pools... fascinating museums... all beautifully designed for people and families. In the silence and greenery, you'll find tranquility and true relaxation! Oh, and of course, excellent food!!

Beautiful nature, lots of tips for various trips, even with children, lots of different restaurants and ski resorts nearby, very comfortable travel, everything well marked. No crowded places, no waiting anywhere, no mass tourism, we really liked that. We felt really great there and I recommend visiting this area.

Spar supermarket nearby, clean village, dogs welcome, sports fields, outdoor pool, many restaurants were closed. Pizzeria Ristorante da Silvano is highly recommended. High up on the mountain, neat/chic, affordable, quality food and staff.

Meals at home in the chalet and in restaurants, we skied all week, the slopes were prepared perfectly every day, the service on the slopes was excellent, the ski kindergartens for children were very good, and other children's activities on the slopes. The transport and roads are in very good condition, the town of Murau is beautiful.

For those seeking peace and quiet, the area is perfect, highly recommended for people with dogs. Pure nature, numerous walking and hiking trails. You can really feel the fresh air, and the people are very friendly; there's no hustle and bustle, just pure vacation bliss. It's not recommended for night owls in the summer; if you're looking for nightlife, the winter season is a better option.

The apartment is exactly as you see it in the pictures, lovely decorations (what a cute oven!), very comfortable and warm, the kitchen is super well equipped, bathroom squeaky clean, great balcony, 5 mins by car to the Kreischberg Talstation. Also, best pizzeria in “town” is around the corner (make sure you reserve if it’s the weekend). We felt like home and we loved it! Thank you for everything Zoltan & Melanie!

The wooden house is not fenced, there are other houses in the recreation park in the neighborhood. A lot of greenery ensured privacy. It is spacious and very well equipped. You will find here everything you could need - dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, washing machine, 2 bathrooms with toilet, fireplace, terrace. Everything was near - supermarket, bakery, restaurant, cable car and swimming pool.

We absolute loved the kindness of the stuff. They even surprised my daughter with a cake on her birthday. The hotel has quite a nice spa, and a swimmingpool, everything is clean and cozy. They have a shuttle for the slopes, so all sorted.
