Reception was excellent, helpful and welcoming . (Joshua, thanks). Rooms were clean, quiet modern with a nice view. Breakfast was exceptional, we have never seem anything like it. the sheer number of items available from tropical fruits I had never tried, to breads, pastries, yogurts and jams. The list goes on. A huge selection of each. And, a welcome change from other hotels, the coffee actually tasted good to. Manager clearly cares and works hard himself. Most of the staff does too. Views from the breaksfast room are amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay — the staff was very friendly and welcoming, parking was convenient with an electric charging station, and the location was excellent. I could not eat or drink in Hotel Stubai because the owner randomly decided to close it 24 hours before my arrival. Had I known,I would have cancelled but cynically,thery notified me after the cancellation period had elapsed.

This is an amazing hotel with great staff that offered excellent service! The restaurant was perfect and the food was delicious! While we only stayed one night on our way to Italy, the hotel would be extremely well-suited for an extended stay, either during summer or winter! We’ll definitely be back to explore Innsbruck and go skiing this winter, and when we do we will be staying at this hotel! Five star destination for sure!

Just off the Brenner motorway, this hotel is easy to find and has great views of the mountains. The hotel is very quiet and rooms huge. Beds are comfortable and bathroom well equipped. Breakfast wasn’t included, but we had it anyway and it was €20 for the two of us and was very good. There aren’t any restaurants in Schönberg, but 5 minutes up the Stubaital Road are several including an excellent Greek restaurants, Costa’s.

As our third stop over en route to Italy the location for us was perfect. The hotel was so welcoming as were all the staff. Our evening meal was delicious as in fact was our breakfast. Thank you shall stay again when in the area.
