We liked everything, once we arrived at the property we were very welcome by the host, really friendly in any aspect we would ask. Our room was very large with very big en-suite , very clean and tidy, beds were really comfortable. Whole property looks great, very high quality finishes. Breakfast was fantastic and again the host was very kind and communicative , I walked away from the table fully satisfied for what we have paid for the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience high quality service. Thank you very much for accommodating us , we really appreciate you kindness.

Very nice place to stay close to Graz.

Very nice place to stay close to Graz. Only negative aspect was one impolite staff member. My question in English regarding hot water for oatmeal was met with scorn and I was directed to the container which stated 'tee'. She then mocked my query to her colleague. I don't speak German well but I understand it perfectly. Her comments were just rude. Perhaps label the container Hot Water? Pity this spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant overnight stay. I still gave 9/10.

It's a fantastic hotel!

It's a fantastic hotel! We were allowed to check into our room early, which was very helpful because we were traveling to Corfu and arrived much earlier than we'd agreed upon! Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended! We'll be back next year!

Despite its proximity to the motorway, this is a quiet place...

Despite its proximity to the motorway, this is a quiet place to stay. You can't hear a thing from the motorway. A visit to the Dobl transmitter is also entertaining for women less interested in technology, as the museum owner can tell some good anecdotes about it.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cooked a fresh produce, which we enjoyed both in the breakfast room and on the patio.The room we had was well furnished, clean and had enough space for open suitcases and other belongings as well as a small table and chairs. The owners were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome on our first visit to the Graz area. The housekeepers were also lovely, very efficient, changing towels when needed and leaving our room and communal areas super clean and tidy.

Everything. It was exactly what we needed, 100% as advertised and even more. Clean, comfortable room, easy check in/out, nice restaurant - and they were so welcoming to our dog, which is not always common at hotels. So impressed and grateful. For us it was a stop on a road trip so location close to the highway was ideal. Thank you to the staff for all their kindness.

The hotel was very welcoming, and the location to the event was attending was perfect. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of parking, and my dogs loved the welcoming treat left for them in our room when we checked in. I would stay there again, if I attend the event next year.
