We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The property is extremely beautiful, and the view from both the bedroom and the living room is simply breathtaking. The large terrace is perfect for sitting outside and admiring the mountains – truly unforgettable. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the owners are exceptional people. The hostess is an outstanding woman who did everything possible to make us feel at home – and indeed, we felt exactly like home. Their warm hospitality completely won us over. If we could, we would give a rating much higher than 10. We will definitely return with great pleasure!

We were welcomed very warmly, and it felt like home. A selection of treats and delicious wine was waiting for us on the table, which was a lovely surprise. The accommodation is simply excellent: all the furniture is new, the beds are very comfortable, and the cleanliness is outstanding! There is everything you need for cooking. Next time we go skiing in Kitzbühel or Kaprun, we will definitely stay here again!

Calm and nice town, where some bigger, smaller, local shops can be found, also several restaurants. The river goes through the town and there is a nice church in the city centre. Ski resorts are about 15-20 minutes by car, you can try smaller and calm Weisssee Gletscherwelt or huge resorts in Kaprun or Kitzbuhel.

We only met lovely people, whether in restaurants, supermarkets, etc. But the tourist information office was particularly noteworthy. The staff were so friendly and approachable! With all the helpful tips, we quickly decided we have to come back! 😉😊

Uttendorf in the Salzburg Pinzgau region is small and charming, yet has a lot to offer. Beautiful destinations are located nearby. The village also boasts a swimming lake with restaurants. There are good restaurants in the village itself. Guesthouses, apartments, and a hotel ensure a comfortable stay.

The village is a lovely traditional Austrian settlement. It is a good starting point for reaching tourist attractions. The magnificent view of the surrounding mountains is unforgettable. There is a good restaurant in the village center.

Uttendorf is a large town, good as a base for trips, as a stopover on the way to Italy, Slovenia or Croatia, in the area it is worth seeing the Krimml waterfalls, the town of Zell am See, and entering the high-alpine Grosslockner route and seeing the Pasterze glacier.

There's plenty to do in the area.

There's plenty to do in the area. The village of Uttendorf is charming, small, and charming. You can also quickly reach other villages where there's more to do. Uttendorf is situated in a wide valley with beautiful green meadows. Beautiful views!

It woulld be a great accommodation from spring to autumn. A bit cramped for skiers, I thing max for 4 people. Outside temperatures were around 0° C. The price for heating and electricity was about 15eu a day (February). The mobile home is equipped with a washing machine and a tiny dishwasher. Although there were running just one gondola and one anchor lift, It was great Saturday skiing on the empty slopes at the Weissee Gletscherwelt. Despite of full parking lot with ski-tourers.

A amazing little apartment with the loveliest hosts, always around smiling and happy to suffer my attempts at speaking German and offer me a coffee or a beer. Uttendorf itself is also a lovely little town with a great swimming lake and a lovely little indoor boulderhalle too for the evenings and within easy distance of the ski lifts and of Zell Am See too.

This was a really spacious apartment with fantastic views from the balcony and had everything we needed. Andreas was a friendly responsive host. Uttendorf is in a lovely area and we found lots to do in the week we were there. We thought the apartment was very good value for money.

The apartment is located right outside the lake with stunning views over the mountains. It is equipped with everything one needs, very quiet and comfortable. There is also a sauna, a gym, and a place for ski equipment. From Uttendorf you can easily reach various ski resorts.
