We enjoyed our stay in Virgen very much. The road leading up to house is a bit narrow and steep, which could be a problem in snowy conditions. The owners are very nice and friendly.

We knew the property was fairly remote - towards the end of a beautiful valley. But we hadn't anticipated just how much its location would be such a powerful positive. Beauty amidst stillness. The facilities, kitchen, etc, exceeded our expectations given the price-point. And a balcony, too, to sit, read, and look at the scenery. Although remote, Virgen itself - with free parking - was a quick drive away - cafes, great coffee shop/bakery and a well-stocked supermarket, and there were some great walks from the doorway, plus some amazing ones twenty minutes away in the car. The waterfalls beyond Hochbichl left us breathless in awe. Irene was a great host, welcoming us warmly and coming back almost immediately with any queries we had.

The spa is exceptional, featuring outdoor and indoor pools, saunas, and relaxation areas that perfectly blend luxury with nature. The dining experience exceeded all expectations. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Special thanks to the waiter Edi, who provided attentive and friendly service, making each dining experience feel personal and special. He was knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings, and his warmth added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, Naturhotel Outside offers a perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and connection with nature.
