We like the location: there is a petrol station. Oporto and Subway next door; there is a great coffee place around the corner, and the beach is a 7-minute drive away. The rooms are basic but comfortable, especially the beds! Despite having the Tavern out front, the hotel area is quiet. The staff were extremely friendly, assisting us in locating public transport, and the food was fabulous - we enjoyed a $10 pizza that we almost couldn’t finish between the two of us.
