Big blue Ulysses butterflies fluttered amongst the flowers, a cassowary visited at breakfast time. A wonderful bathroom! We stayed in Greg’s property for 1 night in Oct., 2024. Greg was a very nice and welcoming host, and the lodge was clean. The breakfast was also great! Some of the facilities (e.g. the fridge in our lodge) isn’t fully working due to cyclone Jasper’s damage. However, it was totally understandable as the entire area hasn’t fully recovered from the damage yet, and Greg did his best to make things as comfortable as possible. The free WiFi in room was working and was in reasonable speed. We highly recommend staying in Greg’s property when visiting Daintree / Diwan area!

The place is magical, in the middle of the forest and with access to a beautiful beach. All the staff was extremely friendly. It also has a restaurant inside the premises with good food and amazing atmosphere, with games for families to play. Also includes a swimming pool. The whole family loved the place. A must if you are staying in the area.

Beautiful location, stunning views. We stayed in large spacious house close to the beach. We took all of our own food as there were excellent kitchen facilities. The beach is stunning. The Daintree area has lots to offer.

Lovely large well equipped house with a very relaxing vibe right on a beautiful long beach. Great kitchen plus a BBQ on front deck. Fantastic, relatively isolated location at Cape Kymberley ( not Cow Bay) but we knew that because we checked it out on the map before booking! Excellent communication from the owner Rhys. Wished we had booked for a few extra days. Next time!

Peace & Quiet Ray is a fabulous host, and the house was warm and inviting. Everything you could need was there at the ready. Beautiful breeze comes through the property, which is fabulous. Cow Bay Beach is just down the road and is a very pretty beach to visit. Location is great if you want to do your own touring at your leisure.

The most hi-tech off grid experience ever. House is beautiful and had everything we needed (well equipped kitchen, boom boxes, great Wifi…). The location is amazing, 5 min from Cow bay beach (think sunrise) and the owner was so thoughtful, giving us very good recommendations and leaving us some treats to make our NYE extra special.

Loved the rainforest location. Was fun and novel to stay 2 nights. Nearby Cow Bay is stunning. Good shared facilities (great shower, nice pool), and tasty home-cooked meals.
