Cowes is a lovely shore side town on Phillip Island.
Cowes is a lovely shore side town on Phillip Island. It is at the far end of the island from the bridge to cross over to the island. We did a mosaics class at Mosaics by the Bay, located in Ventnor. I've been to Cowes a few times and the shopping and restaurants are very good. The beach is really nice. It is very easy to get around. It can be very busy during peak seasons. There are the penguin parade, whale watching certain times of the year, adventure parks, mini golf at Grumpy's.
