We really enjoyed our stay here. The setting is gorgeous and the room is comfortable and well equipped. The food in the restaurant was delicious and all the staff were absolutely excellent with their service and communication. Unfortunately we didn’t get all their names but Ethan was one! Highly recommend staying here.

Warm fireplace keeps you warm and the balcony will have wild animals and easy to see the stars. The hotel itself has a lot of trails from 10minutes to 1 hour. The breakfast is very good.

Location is great. It's almost right opposite the visitor center. Kitchen has all things you want for preparing food even though we didn't use it. The bed is clean and tidy. Staff is nice and friendly.

The facility was very spacious and located quite close to both the Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre and Devils @ Cradle. The beds were very comfortable and the fireplace was a bonus

A very comfortable and well designed log cabin in a private and beautiful location. Surrounded by trees, it was fantastic to sit on the balcony and watch the wallaby’s at dusk. The heating was already on when we arrived, so nice and warm as well, with electric blankets, so no concerns about being cold. We brought our own food, but there is a very nice cafe across the road who will make take away evening meals if you order by 3pm.

Set within 34 km of Dove Lake in Moina, Cradle Alpine Retreat offers accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

What a fantastic property. The bathroom was heaven, very spacious, the bath was amazing deep with plenty of hot water and a separate tap outside of the bath. Perfect to relax weary muscles after hiking in the mountains. It was great to have a separate shower. The open fire was fantastic particularly since the wood and kindling were all available and done for you. The electric blankets on all the beds were really appreciated. The toiletries were fab and the location was amazing. Perfect views and although cabins around you it is perfectly done so you feel you are the only ones there. Having a coffee on the balcony listening to birdsong was an exceptional experience. A perfect place to be at one with nature and relax. We were devastated we only had one night. Within close reach of cradle mountain and the devils@cradle attraction which we went to for the night time feeding tour which we also recommend. The hosts were very accommodating allowing us to check in early and it was lovely when travelling with a group to have a separate toilet from the bathroom.
