Honestly Waterloo hotel just goes that extra mile!!! Cannot believe they provide laundry facilities & powder for no extra charge …. Leave biscuits in your room and not to mention the lovely Charmaine on reception…. Such a joy . We were sorry to leave And what a view … so much going for it… you won’t be sorry you booked!!!
