location was amazing, staff were so friendly and super helpful. The rooms were so clean and the facilities were amazing. I loved the set up of the room, the bathroom and shower area. we arrived early and the staff were so helpful, took our bags, rang us when a room became available and when we returned had already placed all our luggage in the room. I will definitely return

Absolutely location, walkable distance to the ocean bath. I love how the lucky hotel is being thoughtful for their customer experience! Received a delicious small pack of chocolate, that is not for business strategy reason (I thought it's from a chocolate shop nearby and if the customer like the taste will bring the business for). Turns out it is a chocolate shop 27 km away that we could not manage to buy it.... interesting! MOMO cafe at same block is delicious for breakfast choice!

We love Terminus. It was our second time staying there in a month, and we'll absolutely be back next time we're in Australia. Both my wife and I, and my mother, were given complimentary upgrades, which was a wonderful touch. The location, the staff, the cute welcome gifts, the spacious rooms, and the cleanliness of the property are all terrific.

Very convenient location at Hamilton station, so using train and light rail was a breeze. Hamilton has a great range of restaurants and is very reminiscent of parts of Melbourne in that respect. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated and are clean, fresh and comfortable. Free wifi was an unexpected bonus, as was off-street parking. The pub looks good too. Didn't eat at the restaurant but everything was well presented and the staff were very helpful.

Room was clean, neat and tidy. Amongst cheapest of accommodations because of shared facilities. These were clean. No noise from hotel heard. Close to train station, for overnight stay for checking in late, and leaving early to get night's rest.

Perfect stay at Hamilton Hideaway, it had all the facilities and bits n bobs in the kitchen that made our stay with young kids really easy. Location is great, walking distance to the main strip with lots of eateries. Highly recommend.
