Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are always spotless and the bathrooms are always like you're the first person to use them for the day. I love the veranda areas and the fun and friendly vibe. It's great to grab some dinner or a drink downstairs. Plenty of opportunity to have your privacy upstairs or go down stairs and be social depending on your preference.

The property is very quiet location and only the sound of wildlife to be heard. It is spotless and the hosts were lovely. There is currently no WiFi but scheduled to be installed but this didn't bother us.

Easy spot to get to, just off the highway. We were travelling through and were so glad to have a cheap and clean place to rest for the night before heading further north. We booked while we were driving and called to make sure the late, last minute check-in wouldn't be an issue. Andrew was super helpful and was there to get us in when we arrived 45 minutes later. Parking was available in front of our room. Air con worked a treat. The only downside for some would be the lack of WiFi and bad phone reception combo. We would stay again!

Harrington is one of my favorite destinations due to offering both the river and beach- Crowdy Head. We love the food options, cafes in town and the Surf club, as well as the quiet and flat streets for bike riding with the kids. We will continue visiting!

A lovely spot but does rely a lot on physical fitness.

A lovely spot but does rely a lot on physical fitness. Those with difficulty walking very far would miss out on the best spots. Crowdy Head is just a short drive and beach and views are amazing but there is no access to Harrington beach if you are unable to walk a fair way.

Harrington is a quiet seaside hamlet.

Harrington is a quiet seaside hamlet. Apart from the disgruntled worker at the convenience store all other retail workers were pleasant. The pub was a lovely surprise. And the club happily accommodated a birthday event on short notice. The walking paths were great and the interesting "totem polls" were a visual extra but perhaps needed some explanation.

I have been visiting Harrington for over 75 years. Harrington holds a special place in my heart, especially as I remember how it looked and felt back in the 1940's and I still experience a feeling of nostalgia each time I visit.

This was a very comfortable place to stay.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was bigger than a normal motel and had a lovely bathroom. We were on the ground floor and just steps from a lovely pool. The bed was super comfortable. This place attracts older visitors who are looking to play golf. Therefore, it’s very quiet. We had a very pleasant time and would love to come back for a few days and take advantage of the golf course b

Harrington has breathtaking views of several kinds of...

Harrington has breathtaking views of several kinds of waterways - the wild ocean, the gentler bay ocean, the tranquil rivers, inland water ways, swamps and marshes, break water divisions all full of abundant bird life living along side the town. Many places to eat both outside and inside, excellent pubs and very friendly people. You can ride your bike/walk all around along shared paths or simply cruise along the roads in your car with your windows down to take in the sea breeze. The Gold Course, Surf beaches, piers, wetlands and national park offer sporting opportunities along with fishing and bushwalking or mountain bike riding. There is also a local shopping area with everything you need. The pubs are the best with gorgeous outdoor areas with amazing views of the waterways and oceans.

The facilities were excellent. Rained most of the time we were there, but were very cosy and waterproof. The kitchen included a microwave which was a plus. The shampoo and conditioner were fabulous, hair felt super healthy. Food truck is a big bonus for brekkie and dinners. Bed was super comfy. A big bonus was the IGA in Harrington, has everything you need for your stay and great service.
