A wonderful place to have a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
A wonderful place to have a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The local people are very friendly and welcoming and the beach is clean and beautiful. There is not a lot to do but relax and enjoy the family experience. We went to the beach each morning to make sand castles and collect shells. In the afternoon we went for a walk along the beach or visited the playground for a play on the swings. There are a few places to grab food. We enjoyed eating out at the local hotel and also the caravan park where we had a delicious pizza. Mission Beach and Cairns within day trip distance if you want to visit tourist areas. Beautiful place and a beautiful community. My Husband & I want to retire there! Everything was perfect and the Pub served the yummiest food. The only downfall was there is nowhere close to buy a coffee or have breakfast but we did see work being done on the old cafe so hopefully that is being reopened soon. We will definitely be back again! Murdering Point Winery is a MUST if you go to Kurrimine Beach, you will NOT regret a stop there (your wallet might) as everything so so yummy but affordable & the staff as soooo friendly.Guest review byBiancaAustralia - 10.0

Kurrimine Beach is a beautiful tropical Beach. There are lots of places to visit that are not to far away if you have a car. You will not have any little holiday shops to browse, and a limited number of eateries, but the quiet pace makes for a relaxed break. Kurrimine Beach is a sleepy little seaside town. Not much here, 1 pub with accommodation, a few restaurants, motel, a couple of caravan parks, a service station with a general store. Don't expect any shopping centre need to travel to Innisfail for that.Guest review byFrankAustralia
