A great place if you like wilderness and wildlife. Not a conventional, impersonal hotel but a friendly lodge. Limited menu but that’s to be expected staying miles from anywhere. The food we had was excellent and I think the smell of the lamb shanks must have attracted the Tassie Devils - didn’t expect to see one looking through the window while we were eating! Bec’s local and extensive knowledge was good to hear too.

Great Lakes wilderness three bedroom home is located in Miena. This holiday home provides free private parking and a lift.

Spotlessly clean, lots of little extras supplied, fully equipped, wood supplied for fire, top quality throughout. We even had a good snowfall on our first night. As we don't get snow at home in WA, we were awed.
