Lovely, clean, spacious accommodation that is a perfect mix of historical (the building) and modern/practical (such as the fantastic shower room) enjoyed the character of the place and its gardens, was in the perfect location for us finishing our time on the Great Ocean Road and heading to the airport in the morning.

How new it felt and how close to great restaurants and train. Fantastic view of the bay and Melbourne. The buffet breakfast was right up there with 5 star hotels. Parking was also included. Even after we had checked out, they allowed us time to catch train to city then remove our car. A 10 min drive to Werribee zoo . Definitely love to stay here again.

Friendly managers and staff, very polite and welcoming. Rooms were always kept very clean and we didn't want for anything. Would stay again if we return to this area and recommend to anyone traveling to the area. Bed was very comfy and wife wanted to take it home with us. Many thanks and keep up the good work.
