DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL through Booking.com. On arrival the reception staff said that they had no record of my booking and that they DO NOT have a relationship with Booking.com. I was also one of many who had turned up with such a booking. This hotel is a workers' hotel and as such meets expectations - I marked it as exceptional because, although notionally 'full', the staff found me a room, which was very kind and helpful as Ouse is not close to other population centres and I would have been stuck for accommodation

The tiny house was perfect everything you need in the kitchen, comfy bed and really good shower. The location was amazing in the forest surrounded by nature and wallabies just wandering around. The best thing about it were the hosts, Barry and Venessa - father and daughter team, they were so welcoming and we had some great chats with them and they brought scones and jam!!! Very knowledgeable about the area and really fun to talk to - would go back just to see them again - thanks so much

The cottage was close to the national park we were visiting for day hikes. The information we received on how to find it and local amenities was very comprehensive. It was quiet, peaceful, very clean and had everything we needed. The heating and electric blankets were on when we arrived. The owners made two trips to the cottage to help us out - once to remove a bat that had got inside and a second time to drop off a hose and cleaner so we could wash the hire car before we returned it.

Room was big and spacious. Toilet was clean. Bed was super comfortable. There was also a heater for the room that made it very comfortable at night.
