Our host was an amazing, friendly communicator. The view from water facing bedrooms and living areas was stunning. Spacious home, yard was comfortable for socialising. Outdoor table seated 12 of us to eat together. Great location for shops - only few mins drive. Air con throughout. Modern features. Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. Jetty was great too.

Location was excellent as I had an early 5am train to catch from Gosford station. Room was suitable and I thought the shared restrooms were well stocked, clean, large and private.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and kind. We had some staff who were quite new to the industry but they were so lovely and helpful and sweet. From the moment we drove up to the front we felt welcomed and were treated so well by all the staff. The facilities were also fantastic, the layout of the room was great, a really comfortable bed, really nice bathroom. When we got to our room we had 2 single beds instead of a large double bed, so we just rand downstairs and within minutes were given another room, the concierge came up shortly after to make sure we were happy with our new room and apologise for the inconvenience. We were extremely impressed by the staff at the hotel. Definitely recommend others to stay there.

Our family apologizes for the misunderstanding!! We love this place so muchh. Derek and Sarah are the most amazing owners we have ever met. Everything is fine 😊 This is the first time we want to leave a review. We liked the view, the garden, the chickens, everything. They are not only owners but also our friends from now on ♥️♥️ Can’t wait to be here again!!!

Although it’s not by the lake, you can still see the lake through dinning room window, tranquility and beautifully . The house is so nice and cozy, beautifully inside, also spacious. We all love and enjoy our time here, and will definitely want to stay more days next time. Liz the host is also very nice and always answer our questions quickly.
