Loved everything.....nothing to not like. Erica made sure the stay was perfect from the complimentary bottle of wine to the amazing views. Great facilities; washing machine, fishing rods, kyaks, bicycles, chiminea, books, games, dvds plus more! Even a jukebox. Absoultely wonderful

This place was spectacular - the best we had in Tasmania! We crossed over to Bruny Island in the afternoon and did the Fluted Cape walk (brilliant views but slightly more strenuous than we expected). Visited lots of other places - loved the bread fridges with excellent sourdough loaves. In the evening we drove north to find the property - it was easy to find but be aware that the last 7km are on a gravel road. The house has a commanding view of the bay and is very peaceful and quiet. There are various animals in the surrounding pastures and we also saw some local wildlife. Inside, the house was basically a fully-equipped home, with everything you could want for a comfortable stay, including self-catering. The only shop on the island is a 40 minute drive away, so you would need to be organised. My daughter enjoyed having a bath on the terrace deck, and we both loved the open fire, which had been left fully ready to be lit with a single match. We only stayed one night, but could easily have made it longer. We walked down to the beach in the morning and were tempted to swim if it had been just a bit warmer.

Stunning property with all required amenities of a very high quality. Loved the large balcony with views of the bay and bush. Had a wonderful morning watching all the wildlife. Hosts were incredibly welcoming with all required information provided and easy to follow instructions on accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again.

It is beautifully set up high on the hill to enable a view of the bay. We just happened to be there when the yachts in for the end of the Sydney to Hobart race. Wonderful!!

the perfect hotel in a very nice city. Super nice staff and helpful staff! very big room, that was the perfect tempertur, a nice bathroom with a big shower. Very nice location, just a couple minutes by walk from the harbour and the bus stop for the airport.

Wie hat a pod Room on the 3rd floor at Salamanca 25. It was spacious and quiet. No Noise from the pub in the Front Building or the hustle of Salamanca Market. The Room as a Bit of a dark, Loungie vibe, which I liked. In you are looking for a bright Room with big windows and Lots of daylight, this is Not the Room for you. Minibar prices are very reasonable as well.

A beautiful, comfortable home with all that you could need...

A beautiful, comfortable home with all that you could need and the view simply amazing ! Erica the host made our stay so easy. We loved the beaches, even had a swim, beautiful walk around the town and loved the painted rocks and to top the night off we had a roaring log fire

South Arm was a pleasant surprise as we thought we were...

South Arm was a pleasant surprise as we thought we were closer to Opossum Bay. We parked the car at the property and found a path that runs behind our stay that leads to the shops and café and also to the beach via a set of stairs. It was just a perfect place to chill for a few days after travelling for nearly a month. We do a lot of walking so this was perfect.
