location was awesome and a great vibe. unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to the public New Year’s Eve holiday. the place was also very clean and had a spare bed for our toddler. our room was extremely large and we had a balcony and free parking too! walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

It was spacious for our family of 5 and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. We were in eucalypt cottage 2 and it had the sweetest yard at the back with space for the kids to play, and stairs that lead down to the main park. The pools were great, again very clean, and the whole space was very kid friendly. We will definitely visit again.

Soth West Rocks is a lovely Seaside Town, with alot going for it. A walk up to the Lighthouse is lovely, and the Gaol. We went on a River Boat trip, and learnt alot about the river and Wetlands. Little Bay Beach, not for away is worth a look at as well.

A hidden gem which we hadn't discovered . Its well worth the deviation off the highway- A must see for holidays in the future. One of the prettiest locations on the north coast ,beaches are beautiful. Near is Trial Bay gaol, impressive and interesting also with gorgeous beaches near, yet uncommercialised and very accessible

SWR is a special place.

SWR is a special place. The drive in from the either the highway or Kempsey is scenic. There is so much to see including Trial Bay and surrounds, beautiful beaches, fishing, walks and overall scenery.

The best thing about South West Rocks is the Back Creek...

The best thing about South West Rocks is the Back Creek Bridge and the hiking available in the area. The water at Back Creek Bridge at High Tide is amazingly blue with some snorkeling throughout the inlet. Whilst on this stay we did the hike between Trial Bay to the Smoky Cape Lighthouse which is approx 15-18km. It was a challenging but fun hike with a few inclines that raised the heart rate. Beautiful views along the way and we were the only ones on the hike. The best place we found to eat was Chop 'n' Chill. They had perfect portion sizing and flavorful food!

Feels like a bit of undiscovered gem, but maybe it was because we were probably there at the end of the school holidays (mid Jan). Beaches are beautiful – some of the best I've ever seen. Kangaroos grazing everywhere was magical. Nice local and charming feel.

Lovely destination with beautiful scenery and great amenities. It appeared to be very popular with families, groups of friends and couples alike, either camping, staying in a resort or AirBNB style accommodation. Great beach areas and lovely peaceful riverside for walks, fishing or just sitting in the pub, watching the world go by. We were only there for a long weekend but the shopping area seemed to have adequate stores for groceries and more if required. It’s best to book with a restaurant or pub for your evening meal if dining out, as most venues were fully booked on our first night of arrival. We soon learnt!

We stayed in a beautiful, new, commodious cabin...3 beds, 2 baths...which suited the 4 of us perfectly. It was well located and equipped and made our stay very pleasurable. We have been to this park before and will continue to visit. The town of South West Rocks is also delightful.

Renee is a friendly, hardworking property manager. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The Guesthouse is alway clean, tidy, everything is in working order. We love coming to visit. Thank you again. The property is close to restaurants, surf club, Seabreeze Hotel and opposite beach.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently situated near restaurants and opposite the beach and beautiful walks. The food in the hotel was delicious with huge portions and affordable. Off street parking visible from our room was handy too.
