We instantly fell in love with this amazing cottage. It has everything you need—and more than you could imagine. Absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, we only had one night (our last before flying home), but we chose to spend it in the cottage rather than going out to a nice restaurant in Perth—and we’re glad we did. Amanda is incredibly friendly, and we felt at home right away. I can recommend this place without any hesitation!

We love the Upper Swan Valley - driving around to quaint...

We love the Upper Swan Valley - driving around to quaint coffee places, seeing the vines and valleys, stopping at wineries, restaurants and speciality shops like Mondo Nougat, The Margaret River Chocolate Factory, Whistlers, The Tapas Bar, Oakover, Baileys Brewery and this time we ventured more around Guildford too - Rose & Crown, The Guildford Town Bakery (excellent!) ... all a great experience!

Lynne the host was helpful and very friendly The property was spotlessly clean with views to die for and the room was large and comfortable. The outside decking has ample seating arrangements with a sink and fridge and stunning views. The accommodation was perfectly placed for all of the swan valley attractions.

It was lovely to stay in the Upper Swan at this quiet little spot. We were going to our newphew's wedding close by and it was wonderful to be able to relax before and after and take in some of the area. We went on for lunch the next day which completed our little wedding get away.

The staff was friendly, and the room was a good size with nice views. The overall location was beautiful, and the hotel grounds were well-maintained. The pool was a good size and open until late. It was nice to see the wild kangaroos hopping around the place, too.

First time we been, it was fantastic, hotel great, staff great, room awesome, breakfast was superb,we even had kangaroos come to see us,your staff recommended places so we went. Great day and night, it was my wife’s birthday and she loved every minute.
