Room was clean and bright, plenty of space in the room and easy chairs to watch TV. Outside area good and space to sit. It was a top quality room especially after we had a dreadful stay is another town . It was a relief to find comfort at a reasonable price. Good central location and not far to go for a meal and a drink.

A warm and welcoming stay in a sizeable room. Jeanette and Paul are wonderful hosts. The country setting is lovely. Generous breakfast. Room provided many complementary extras (snacks and drinks). One of the best B and Bs we've stayed in. Highly recommend.

The host is very friendly, and the house is beautifully maintained. Just behind the building, there is a lovely garden and farm where you can see many flowers, charming decorations, and sheep. The room is clean, and the restroom is modern with full functionality, including hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast, prepared by the host, is delicious and offers an authentic Australian style experience in the morning. Overall, it was a great experience during the entire trip.

What a fantastic cottage. Renae has put so much effort into this cottage. Lots of little trinkets around to make it a quirky little place to stay. The guest snack basket, bathroom products were also a lovely touch. So comfortable warm and welcoming.

lovely quant homestead fitted out so beautifully. loved the twin rain showers, special touches, coffee bags, chocolates etc the garden was so nice to sit in chill out , have afternoon drinks and nibbles.

We are there for 2 nights stay, we have 6 of us. Our unit is a 3 room size fit well and there is diner and living hall too. And also Awesomes and fun at the small farm as it just 3 months new.. We had enjoyed very much at Farmhouse and we will like to come again..

I was wary about booking this place because of some reviews complaining about disturbances and noise. But I went ahead booking it because there was nothing else near or far within our price range. Well, it turned to be one of the quietest hotel I have ever been to in my life. True, we were there during Christmas, and we could see hardly anyone on the streets and there weren't too many guests in hotel, either, but it was the opposite of what these negative reviews suggested beforehand. The town itself is also a delight with its buildings built by the settlers. The room was spacious, we actually got two adjoining rooms for the average price of 1 room elsewhere. It was also clean, the beds were comfortable, and free amenities were provided.

It was perfect! My wife and I booked one night over the weekend, but I wished we stayed for a bit longer. Trudy-Ann was very welcoming and easy to communicate with, our en-suite cottage was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring the town but also for having a quiet night's rest. We'd love to stay here again!
