The property is literally at the bottom of the slopes, about 10 meters walk to the ski lift. The slopes can be admired from the restaurant and it makes for an amazing ski holiday location. The staff were friendly and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that all of our needs were met. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The wifi is reliable and strong. The breakfast has a good variety of food, which was all tasty. There was an opportunity to attend a spa at Zirve's sister hotel Shahdag for free, which was much appreciated. I only wish I knew about it before arriving as swimming costume is required.

Location superb, especially for coner Villa No.1 The hotel is very causy and amazing scenery. Staff is very kind and lady made fresh and delicious food, and serves very nicely.

I really enjoyed my stay in Shahdag. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was very smooth. The location was perfect with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. A recently renovated chalet situated in Qusar, Shahdag S&R House features a garden. The chalet, set in a building dating from 2023, features free WiFi and free private parking.

The accommodation was great. Very friendly hosts, helped with any questions. There is a grocery store 100 meters away where you can buy almost everything you need. Very close to the ski resort. From the window, you can see several ski slopes and great mountains view. 4 minutes by car to the resort.

I would strongly recommend this property. The host Lailya was very sweet & super helpful in guiding & giving us updates on weather as well. She arranged a car for our travel to the property as well (at very reasonable price). Overall this property exceeded our expectations.
