This new hotel was value for money! We were very nervous about the booking at this foreign place! We stayed for two nights! For tourists like us English Speaking staff were of great help! Esp. Mr. "Said"! He helped us with Sim Card! He also helped us with car booking unfortunately we had to cancel! Ms. Firouza was quite polite in helping us with that issue! Location is not near the centre, which was a bonus as we got to sight see when travelling to and from Nizami and Old baku! Overall we were delighted with the service!

This hotel is really good for the price of the stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained, and breakfast, while not huge in variety, it was good enough and satisfying. Transfers organized by the hotel are also convenient and reasonably priced. The real highlight, and what truly made my stay in Azerbaijan better, was the reception, especially Rafael, the manager. From the moment I arrived in the city, he was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Thanks to him, my trip started in the best possible way. Definitely recommended!

This hotel was perfect! Not only was it incredibly hospitable, it was a perfect location and matched the pictures. Breakfast was included and it was a spread of continental food with the added option to request eggs of your choice. As I follow a halal diet, I was pleased to know that everything was halal. The staff were always attentive and willing to help or offer advice. They always went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that everything met my standards. The room was beautiful, spacious with a lovely seating area to relax after a long day. We picked the location of this hotel purposely so that we were out of the touristic old town to have more of a local feel. This definitely did not disappoint! There were local eateries and a supermarket round the corner and we felt really immersed in the culture. Next door to the hotel is a lovely coffee shop! This hotel lived up to our expectations and more and we will definitely come again!
