The hotel surprised me with the standard that they keep. From the initial check in all the way through the stay and the checkout, the place was amazing. The rooms rival any 5 star hotel in the west (Australia in particular as that's where I am from). The breakfast was great, clean sheets amazing view of the surrounding hills, mountains and the river that runs besides the hotel. They offer a spa and swimming pool which I did not use but did inspect and again it does not disappoint, excellence! All you could ask for in Sarajevo, highly recommended for solo travelers and families. Close to local shopping centres and amenities. The Hotrl Cafe and Restaurants in house offer everything you could wish for and crave. Room service is a little pricey but not a rip off. Rooms have mini bars and safes. Next time I am in Bosnia with the family, I will most definitely try to stay here again.

Another fantastic stay! This was our second time at Movenpick hotel Sarajevo, and it did not disappoint. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Looking forward to our next visit!

Cozy hotel, excellent breakfast, great location, but the real gemm of this hotel is the staff. They are all professional, helpful and friendly. I'd like to especially thank the lady on the reception for really try all and her best to help us with some documents issue, she really looks after her guests. This is what makes a home away from home while visiting the amazing Sarajevo.
