This is a small boutique hotel next to a convenient supermart that ticked all the boxes for our short stay in Banja Luka. Staff here were exceptional, speedy responses on the app going out of their way to make a memorable stay for their guests. Special shout out to Vanja a gentleman at the front desk for his efforts. Contemporary rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom did get a bit wet due to lack of a shower door but otherwise a wonderful stay with breakfast to start the day!

Second stay less than week after previous speaks for its self :) This time all spa facilities were available for 12 hours even in the morning they let us use before 10 am and gave us for free half of hour longer stay in hotel (check out) despite full reserved capacities. Great room, excellent peple, this time was a crowd (Valentines Day) but it was not laugh and with nice guests of hotel
