The staff was extremely accommodating. They allowed an early checking without any charge. The hotel offers a very nice bar in the main lobby, which has a great selection of Belgian beers. I enjoyed my stay & highly recommend the property to my fellow travelers.

The Ladeuze was a great little hotel. The location was an easy walk to the Hauptbahnhof and to the city center. It was much quieter than I thought it was be, the street outside was busy, but became quiet later in the evening. It was also an easy walk to the old city center. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helfpful. It was a wonderful little place.

It is a standard Ibis budget hotel, so you know what you will find there. The location is very good, literally 3 minutes to/from the train station platforms. The centre of Leuven can easily be reached on foot within 15 minutes. There is a supermarket on the groundfloor of the hotel and many shops and restaurants in the railway station and in the town. The room was simple but clean and had a nice view of the platforms (meant seriously, I like seeing trains from my windows). It was nice that the bathroom and the WC were too separate rooms. I had a good sleep, there was no noise from either the traffic or other guests. Breakfast was included (nice surprise) and it was good - coffee/tea, juices, selection of sweet and salty products. Wifi worked without problems. This hotel was exactly what I needed for my one-night stay in Leuven and I would gladly return.

I was very impressed of the flexibility of the receptionist: They prepared my room quickly, to give me an early check-in, I could cancel my last night for personal reasons. I could see, that they are hardly busy, but still they paid attention to my issues, fulfilling all my wishes an on top exceptional friendly to me and among the team. I could see, that they have a very friendly, playfull and respectfull team-culture.

It is a standard Ibis budget hotel, so you know what you will find there. The location is very good, literally 3 minutes to/from the train station platforms.
