Location is fantastic, room is spacious and service is great! We really love that this hotel is family friendly in a way that we have a cot provided with a blanket and there is parking available, eventhough it was pricey.

Glenn was wonderful and took me to a gorgeous room overlooking the garden, beautiful Belgium linen and 2 chocs by the bedside table.. Delicious coffee in the morning and I met the amazing Alix who designed the place, def had that womens touch. It was like a 10 star hotel and yet so tranquil to stay.

The building was renovated recently and was well-appointed but also kept a lot of old-world charm. The location was ideal for exploring the old town of Ghent. The room was large and the artwork throughout the hotel was unique and interesting. A salon with comfortable furnishings and an outdoor terrace provided nice communal spaces to relax. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and featured tasty homemade cakes and jams.
