The apartment is in a new, quiet part of LLN but you can still reach the city center, shopping mall and train station on foot. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless clean, on arrival we were made available some fruit, caffe and even a couple of Belgian beers, which was nice. I liked the atmosphere of a small university town, with much...

I liked the atmosphere of a small university town, with much green and large downtown pedestrian areas, including some restaurants, a market (on Tuesdays) and other conveniences. There are many trains to Louvain-la-Neuve from Brussels, it can however be a bit tricky to find your place unless you have access to street mapping, then it's easy.

A long-time underestimated city has become a really nice...

A long-time underestimated city has become a really nice place to visit and stay in. There is a vibrant restaurant and bar scene, excellent shopping, and several visit-worthy museums within 10 minutes walking from the center. Louvain-la-Neuve is also surrounded by green areas, so there are many outdoor activities as well - jogging around the lake, strolling in the forest, golf, or equitation. Everything can be reached by foot, but if needed, you can rent a cambio car to get to the places away from the city. There is also a "minibus on demand ("TEC a la demande") " service that can bring you around LLN and neighboring communes.

We were only in the hotel for one night but were pleasantly...

We were only in the hotel for one night but were pleasantly surprised at the location in a parkland area, the quality of the facilities and the excellent service from the friendly staff. A simple hotel without unnecessary luxury but provided an enjoyable stay.

Lots of beautiful things to see.

Lots of beautiful things to see. The pedestrianized city is a great idea. The lake, the Hergé Museum (absolutely beautiful and interesting), the Market Square, the University Square, and all the different shops and bistros.

It's a pleasant city, but I don't really think it's the best...

It's a pleasant city, but I don't really think it's the best in Belgium. I went there for work, and I can't imagine it being my first choice in any other situation. However, given the short time I was there, and the fact that I was focused on work all day, I can't really speak about the city as a place for sightseeing.

A beautiful student city with lovely architecture and...

A beautiful student city with lovely architecture and wonderful museums. It's perfect for wonderful walks. There's plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. We chose La Hulpe (Fondation Folon), Nivelles, and Waterloo, but there's so much more.

The place looked great on entry, downstairs really nice. The staff were really nice, including really excellent information on how to access the property and room after the reception was closed (I knew I would be arriving after). Looked after my bag the next day until my train went and the breakfast was pretty good too. The location of the property was brilliant, very close to the station and the Herge museum and a nice park, plus all the amenities in the centre of town. Louvain-la-Neuve is also lovely. It did feel very safe and secure too.

Really tastefully decorated hotel and room. Breakfast is amazing, great variety of food, drinks and includes local taste, also the restaurant offered delicious meals . There is a wellness section nicely done although limited so the hotel regulates the entrance so it does not get crowded. Very good location close to lake, recreational area, and as well to the city center, across the cinema. Great variety of choice to dine out or have a drink. Good 3 star plus hotel.

The room was so clean. The hotel is located in a beautiful and calm area. The lobby was beautiful and the lady at the reception desk quickly did the check-in procedure. The food serving model to the rooms was pleasant.

It was very close to the center and the station in Louvain-la-Neuve which was very convenient. Check-In was easy as well. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to be nice and well equipped.
