1. The location was perfect - Walking distance to the bus (No. 38) and tram to reach the centrum. Plenty of eateries around to fulfil different taste buds. 2. The staff at the concierge, reception and housekeeping was professional, polite and helpful. We forgot to ask the name of the lady who cleaned our room on 1st Jan 2025, she cleaned the room exceptionally well and was so good in her approach. 3. The room was perfect with a terrace- It had all the necessary arrangements needed to be comfortable. The rooms are exactly like portrayed in the pictures!

It checked all the points: location - close to city center, safe and well connected with public transport including train stations; supermarket and restaurants nearby; very clean, comfortable bed, smart use of small space, good quality toiletries, no noise elevator; also not on busy street (no traffic noise) and great breakfast. It is also very close to 2 small supermarkets and a nice bakery, just around the corner I also liked the shared kitchen downstairs: you can put things in the fridge, sit comfortably and eat your things, also take the coffee for 2 euros, really recommended

It is a small hotel. We chose it because of its location close to Midi train station. Because of small number of rooms, the breakfast initially seemed "small". However, different hot and cold choices were included. It was plenty enough. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
