The hotel was clean. The pool and and the spa was perfect. Breakfast was superb. The hotel has also three restaurants althpugh little bit pricy taste and quality was very good. The staff was kimd and helpful. My 6 year old kid had a good time there.

A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

The owner was super friendly and the service was amazing. He was very willing to help with everything and give us a lift from the hotel to the gondola and back whenever we needed it. Also the breakfast was delicious and we also tried the cheese platter with local wine and loved it. Fully recommended for couples or groups of friends.

Wherever we look everything was very clean. Very nice place, nice breakfast aera . I choose room with fireplace but the 1 night we dont have that , they told US IT was not availabe. But later Lady from recepion try to fix that and finally give us The room with fireplace. The breakfast isnt like buffet, You have some option to choose. Whatenever everything what we choose was enough. I Hope we will see you again! Thank you !

    Bansko is great year around.

    Bansko is great year around. Even if one is not a skier it is properly better to visit during the rest of the year. Plenty to do during all of seasons. It is great for single travelers, couples, families and groups. There are a lot of good restaurants, bars, stores, galleries, museums. It is very safe any time of day. It is easy to get around by foot, and except for a few peak weeks during the ski season, it does not feel crowded.

    I love the Pirin Mountain / Bankso area - travel is a bit...

    I love the Pirin Mountain / Bankso area - travel is a bit hard to get there from where we came from, but once there we enjoyed the outdoors - I picked the wrong hotel this time, but last year we had a great stay and will return to the previous location to be sure.

    We traveled during the summer.

    We traveled during the summer. So, take this into consideration only for summer trips. The whole Bansko town looks focused on one thing: winter sports. During the summer, it's deserted. We only saw a few football teams for their summer camps and a few stragglers. In July, most of the restaurants are closed. Same with most shops. There was a bit of animation in the old city, with a few more shops and restaurants open. The gondola felt quite expensive: around 100 eur for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The funny part: it was going empty all day, with no passengers.

    Bansko is always good for a ski trip if you skip the morning...

    Bansko is always good for a ski trip if you skip the morning line. We went each day from 12 to the end of the day and it was perfect. Prices are much bigger than last year, in restaurants and pubs and bars.

    Great place definitely 8/10. Location is 5 minutes walk from Ski Gondola. Super clean regarding the linens and furniture. The biggest flaw was that the blinds were NOT sunlight blockout and when the sun rose light gets in (which woke us up). Also what we found hard to keep clean was the carpet ! All in all great place to stay for skiing if you don't take into consideration that the building is a bit left to shut down slowly on autopilot since the hotel was shut down years ago and the rooms are independently rented.

    Great location near the high street, close to the ski lift, town centre, fast food and restaurants. Very good breakfast, staff was always polite and accommodating, rooms were warm and spacious. The spa (pool, sauna, salt room) was great, we used it every day. Free parking on the street, however the hotel street is very small with very limited spaces, so we had to find other streets close by for parking.

    Everything was great! The staff was friendly, food was delicious with many options. The spa area was also amazing - a lot of areas and the outside pool and jacuzzi were definitely the highlight. The location of the hotel is also great - just next to the forest and also quite close to the ski area. Would definitelly recommend!

    good things about the allegedly 5* hotel: - it is truly a ski in, ski out hotel; - the room was big and the bed mattress comfortable - Lezzet restaurant serves good food for a good price - it has all the amenities of a 5* hotel: spa, indoor pool, kids area, ski storage etc, but they are poorly managed and questionable
