Everything! The receptionist was very friendly and speaks English.The hotel looks Luxury. The room was modern, clean, tidy and comfortable. The room has nice balcony with chairs and a table with a view To the promenade, to the colorful fountain and to the statue. Hotel has free big parking . the breakfast was great: variety of food and drinks, tasty and good looking. hotel is located at the center of Montana.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night, but we had a really pleasant experience! The room was huge and had a massive balcony with an awesome view of the mountains. Everything was clean and tidy, and the bed was super comfortable. The restaurant offers amazing meals at a good cost, and my only worry, the location, turned out not to be a problem at all just because everything in Vratsa is in close proximity.

We have stayed here before during Covid restrictions and it was good then.. This stay was great. The rooms are clean and large, the food and restaurant are very good, we used ther Sauna which is good. Parking is also good. We will stay again when travelling nearby
