This is an excellent hotel that makes you want to come back! With a great location, very close to the center, with beautiful views around. Friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, spacious modern rooms. Breakfast is wonderful! Large selection of food and very tasty. This is not my first stay at the hotel, and next time I will also stay here with pleasure!

Very warm welcome from the receptionist, room with everything brand new, big room with balcony, parking in front of the hotel, very good value for money. They offer a complimentary breakfast which is great for starting the day.

My room was an oasis of sophistication and comfort. The attention to detail in the decor was astounding, combining modern aesthetics with timeless elegance. The plush bed, adorned with high-quality linens, provided a cocoon of comfort, and the thoughtful touches in the room showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The view from my window was a picturesque glimpse into the city’s heart. The breakfast was filled with delightful surprises that brought me back to my European roots. They were quick to assist with any request and were a valuable source of information for exploring the local area with almost all of the city’s charm/activities within walking distance. In summary, my stay was a symphony of elegance, comfort, and individualized attention, creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

This hotel is probably the nicest we have stayed in in Bulgaria. The attention to detail, which includes a Dyson hairdryer! Is 5 star. The food was a highlight, generous portions, fresh ingredients, served by friendly staff in a lovely alfresco setting despite being in the built up area of Veliko Turnovo. A short walk from Tsarevets and the Archeological Museum. A special touch is car parking, though in the street, is paid by the hotel. If you dont manage to secure a room here come to eat!
