As an all-inclusive resort, it was perfect. The food was well-balanced and offered a variety of options. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your stay without being pressured into activities you didn’t want to do. It was private, clean, and provided an overall great experience. The staff was exceptional, and the animators for the kids deserve special praise as well.

Great location, nice sea view from balcony, nice restaurant with good food and great view. The staff in the restaurant very friendly Also, the management is helpfull. We had a problem with a broken shower head and the fridge was not working, they solved it very fast

    I liked that the beach was close, that there was an elevator...

    I liked that the beach was close, that there was an elevator in the hotel and the apartment we stayed in was fairly clean. It had a fully equipped but small kitchen. The sea is great. There are no big waves and no rocks - ideal for kids. There's plenty of space on the beach for a personal umbrella and towel. I didn't like that the beach was not being cleaned, there are no toilets or showers on the beach (thank god the hotel was very close). The elevator was very dirty. Also on the beach people would occupy the chairs and umbrellas by tying things to them like towels and no-one would clear this up even if there was a written rule that it's forbidden to do so.

    No beach at the hotel at all!

    No beach at the hotel at all!You find a dirty beach in 500 m but you cant use it because nobody Look after this beach .It leave to die and a lot of mess!The staff in restaurant dont Smile and dont help you.Aqua Park is a totaly mess.Is not working only half part.Nobody clean the room,nobody change the towel.Pools are with cold water No warm at all and the spa is not working !The rooms are beautiful but the facility it doesnt exist!

    i like the decor the best. the worst thing was the food. Rabbit, chicken wings and fish fingers are not my idea of main course. lack of maintenence and staff very apparent. theres nothing else there tbh. no variety of shops ect.

    I liked everything. The apartment and especially kitchen was equipped with all necessary stuff. Big pool. The hotel is located 1 minute to the beach. Near the hotel is cute and pleasant restaurant. The host provided me with free parking place. The staff kindly explained about hiking routes. ( There are 3 main routes near the hotel).

    Hi the poor hotel I ever been in my life, no air conditioning not working and keep saying will fix tomorrow but nothing very bad organizations. No water next day for about 2-3 hours same thing. I want to speak with manager no body there to organise this things.
