The house is almost at the end of Perushtitsa thus in a very quiet location. It has been recently, or fairly recently, renovated. The kitchen is well equipped (it has even an icecube maker) including high quality appliances. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We particularly liked the windows as they let a lot on natural light in. There is a small museum in Perushtitsa (10mins walk) which tells a bit about its sad history. Just outside Perushtitsa there is also "The Red Church" which, despite its looks and current state, is an extremely important Christian basilica dating back to 5-6 century.

Very quite and clean hotel, near the center, with helpful and polite staff. Comfortable and very clean room. They also manage to find a solution for the problem I had with my car. For sure, it would be first in my list for my future visit in Plovdiv.

The hotel was at an excellent location! Lots of interesting and beautiful staff in 1-15 min walking. The staff and the service was wonderful! Hotel is nice and modern and we enjoyed our stay. Beside the temporary street works we had a good place for parking and we managed well with the access based on the message received from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and we had also a lovely dinner at the restaurant. Personnel was nice and helpful.

It is perfect for children - but not for many days , 2-3 are ok. The complex is mature but when is overcrowded it looses its concept.
