The facilities and the services exceeds any ratings. You feel like in paradise. They have their own travel in-house travel company, Abigail Hidalgo Corp., who have arranged on short notice an unforgettable tour for me. The evening Buffet was also very impressive.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the hot shower and heated room after a 4 day Salar tour. The building was interesting too. I had an excellent massage in the afternoon.

It was sooo lovely experience. This hotel is only 10 minutes from the bus terminal by walk and 5 minutes from tour agencies. It was clean. The staff was very kind and responsive. The Wi-Fi was fast enough. If I come back to Uyuni, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

The staff was amazing!! Wonderful service was provided! At first I am worrying about the hotel quality as the outlook was not so attractive. But the staff provided unexpected good service such as pickup and drop-off. No elevator but the staffs helped to porter the luggages to our floor. I am quite sure this is not included in the package but they did it very well.

We loved it! Driving into Uyuni we though we couldn't really expect any luxery here. However, this place was fantastic. Very comfy bed, early check-in availability, hot shower. Loved!
