Great hostel, everything was perfect! Room was comfortable, big bed and big room. The staff was amazing! They even helped us book the bus ticket to Sucre. Location is great, not far from a cable car station and different restaurants. The hostel has a kitchen and lovely common rooms. No laundry, but there is a laundry next door. Internet worked well. 100% would come back here!

All in all its the perfect place to be and we had a wonderful stay which felt like a second home ! Its close to the City Center and the witches market. Its a quiet, clean and nice place to hang around as well. The dog who live in the garden is soo lovely <3 The house itself is an old Villa with a long history and it is prepared like a Museum with some QR-Codes The owner has a lot of useful Infos for you dtay in La Paz as well :)

The ladies running the place were very friendly and helpful. That alone made a good experience. We got a big room with a huge bed. It was all very nice and pleasant. The breakfast was lovely, got eggs to our taste every morning. Ah! Good location in Sopocachi, we felt safe even at night.

Excellent location right next to the yellow line of the Teleferico - best way to get around town. Staff are exceptional - Eduardo went out of his way to help us arranging a trip to Lake Titicaca. Also special mention to Paulo that organise an early breakfast at 6am for us the day we left.

I stayed at the Madero at the end of October and liked it so much that I returned for another stay (after a short trip to Uyuni) the first week of November. Great location near Av. 16 Julio and two teleférico lines. I stayed in a small, quiet single room that had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. My room was heated and my shower had hot water. Continental breakfast included eggs every day. Front desk, housekeeping, and dining room staff were all professional, friendly, and helpful. Thanks, Madero!

Best hotel during my 4 weeks South America travel ( Peru Bolivia Chile). Excellent location, big rooms and beds, clean, super service. No noise no light coming in. 8th floor resto view is wow! Breakfast fantastic.
