Easy to find. Clear instructions. Prompt host responses and communication. Self check in was simple. The chalet itself was cosy with a gorgeous bathtub with a remote for the roof and blinds. The bed was comfy, the smart TV worked well, and the bathroom was neat too. Pretty view through the large glass room windows and panels (pity it was somewhat rainy that day, but on a clear day, should be great). The in-house amenities were great and the touch of countryside luxury was a pleasant suprise. Little organiser baskets and gleaming cutlery with explainer cards added a nice touch. We used the espresso machine and billing along with all the other consumables was easy. The in-house menu was straightforward. Most of all, they made the effort to provide a vegan breakfast upon request, which was highly appreciated. It was dropped off in a basket, so you don't feel like anyone is intruding at any point. There are a couple of restaurants not too far from this place, about 15 min away. Overall, great unexpected stop on our road trip! Thanks!

A great stay in the mountains. It was a very countryside vibe - totally different from all the other stays we have had in Brazil. The room was VERY clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is nice, nature around and other facilities as well. It had playroom and a room with a fireplace that was very cozy for doing some remote work in the evening. The hosts were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and with variety. Loved the check-out at 12, which is good for vacation but has not been so general in Brazil for us.

A trip to Bom Jardim da Serra is already unforgettable for its mountain landscapes, including the Serra do Rio do Rastro with its breathtaking viewpoint and wind farm. The town is small, but its appeal lies in its natural beauty and the opportunities for immersion in nature with its charming inns. A major producer of apples, I visited an orchard and picked this beautiful fruit.

For rural tourism purposes, the location is perfect.

For rural tourism purposes, the location is perfect. Furthermore, the trails, canyons, and waterfalls, as well as the landscape of fields with large Araucaria forests and the incredible Rio do Rastro road, provide a unique and energizing experience. Finally, the beef and lamb you can eat there is spectacular.

Excellent location, right at the end of the Serra do Rio...

Excellent location, right at the end of the Serra do Rio Rastro mountain range. A very charming town with many natural beauties. Close to São Joaquim and other locations, which makes the city strategic for lodging as it allows for many daily day trips to and from the area.

A pleasant city with various accommodations.

A pleasant city with various accommodations. It is located a short distance from other points of interest, such as São José dos Ausentes, canyon tours, waterfalls, and the Serra do Rio do Rastro mountain range. Beautiful landscapes with fields, apple orchards, and many Araucaria trees.
