Staff were exceptional, excellent coffee in the lobby and rooms look great after the reno. I work remotely and had to do some zoom meetings from the room, perfectly setul to work from and relax in. Huge TV and lovely shower... I would highly recommend for such a great price.

First of all, the hostess, Veena, is a very nice, friendly and kind lady. I am so happy to meet her. I enjoyed talking with her while having lovely breakfast with home made jam, which impressed me. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Emily’s house! The house is not only beautiful and very cozy, but also perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need – and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace and simply taking in the peaceful atmosphere. What truly makes Velvet Fern Guesthouse special is the thoughtful and loving attention to detail: everything was personally and carefully prepared for our arrival, including a lovely breakfast and bikes we could use – such a kind touch!
