What an absolute mess!
What an absolute mess! If you plan on staying in one spot, enjoy Halifax! If you plan on travelling around the city, plan for an entire day just for the drive. My hotel was only 9 kms from my event and it took 30 minutes each way. Construction at every turn. Heavy traffic.
