St Andrew’s is a beautiful town.

St Andrew’s is a beautiful town. There a so many interesting little streets with lovely stores. People are friendly. There are lots of good places to eat. You can go deep sea fishing, whale watching, or just bike or walk easily everywhere . There is also a lot of interesting history to learn about St Andrews itself. I go there as often as I can.

St,. Andrews (town) is a photogenic tourist town with great views and strict tourist prices. Paid $55 for a roast beef dinner and left hungry. Will not stay over next time we play Algonquin. Fool me once...

We had booked 2 nites but left after the first nite mainly due to the cleanliness of the room and did not return for the second nite even though it was paid for. We appear to have lost our payment for same as we have not received any correspondence from either the host or booking .com. The bed sheets and bed spread were disgusting. Too embarrassing to describe. The towels were damp as though they hadn't finished in the dryer. The host was congenial when we arrived but we had to leave early am to take the ferry to Grand Manon Island and did not see him again. They live upstairs and no lites on so we just left. Upsetting experience.

St Andrews is a gem. Small town feel. Great food. Lovely accommodations. Proximity to Minister's Island is easy. People friendly. But what I would have liked to explore more are the nearby hiking trails. Did the Rossmount Inn trail and was blessed with SPECTACULAR views. There are other trails to discover and I might have to come back soon to explore this option often overlooked by tourists. What I liked the least is the downtown parking issue. Maybe a shuttle bus service could be provided from an out of town spot nearby to bring people in town. Great business opportunities for summer students.

We loved the little shops and restaurants on Water Street. We all got a St. Andrews hoodie and some other souvenirs. We went whale watching and it was awesome! We had great weather! And we were there for the farmers market! We were amazed at the local deer everywhere. We loved St. Andrews!

Saint Andrews is beautiful - the bay and beaches provide many activities or simply walking along the shoe or boardwalk. We ate dinner at William and Water and breakfast at Honeybeans Coffee, Tea & Treats, both of which had healthy & tasty food and drinks.

It is a charming, small hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere in traditional English style — delightful, attentive, offering a wonderful breakfast served in true English fashion. Simply a place you’ll want to return to.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was huge and included a mini kitchen. Had a good meal in the restaurant. The hotel is right downtown, easy to walk to shops and the waterfront. Great value accommodation.

All was fine, we had a good stay over here. The room was clean and looked recently updated. The hotel was easy to find since it’s nearby the road to the touristic town. Close by the town facilities
