Beautiful location, friendly and helful staff, clean room with mini fridge and coffee, as well as delicious breakfast possibilities at restaurant in the building. To avoid most of the negative comments found here, be sure to read the details of autonomous check-in possibilities if not arriving between 3 and 5 pm; look at pictures to see if your room has a shower, a bath or shared bathroom; a/c is only necessary a few nights a year in this area... if you are there on a warm night you may be warm. Booking . com did not identify that the hotel was accessed by Ferry. It was a nice surprise to find out it was. My grandson was thrilled with the boat ride.

They upgraded us for free to a bigger chalet with a hot tub. They prepared a log fire for us to use outside. And we had a barbecue. Everything inside the chalet was shiny and new. Who could ask for more! Great value for money and all round wonderful experience.

The Gite au Perchoir was a real discovery. We booked on line, based on the reviews and photos and weren’t disappointed. We had the upstairs room with a balcony with stunning views across the St Lawrence which we enjoyed on a warm evening and clear morning. The room was very comfortable with great facilities and we enjoyed a very personally prepared breakfast with the other guests each morning. We also had access to a comfortable sitting room downstairs with coffee and tea. To be recommended.

New management since 2025, looking forward to welcoming you to Charlevoix. Located in the centre of Baie-Saint-Paul, this guest accommodation offers a cable TV in each unit.

The property was so clean and súper accesible to the town, but what I thought was the best was the actual room, it was so big and super comfortable. The host was also the best part, he was super attentive and nice and accommodating! Best place to stay in Quebec!
