My girlfriend and I recently celebrated our first getaway without the kids at Gilbert and Marko's cabin, and it was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the place and the attention we received made our stay feel magical. The cabin was impeccably clean and well-organized, making it the perfect retreat. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the breakfast was a highlight—spectacular and delicious. Gilbert and Marko were amazing hosts, radiating a fantastic energy that made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a magical weekend filled with wonderful energy, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Gilbert and Marko. Highly recommend!

I stayed here alone for a work trip, and honestly—it was such a lovely experience! As a woman traveling solo, feeling safe is everything, and this place was totally delivered. The staff were super sweet and welcoming. They even gave me great tips on where to go and what to do nearby, which was so helpful since I didn’t know the area. Anytime I needed something like an extra blanket, towel, or pillow, they were quick to help with a smile. One thing that really surprised me was the complimentary breakfast. I didn’t expect much at first, but wow—they had a cute setup with a nice variety, and everything was super clean! I even saw the staff washing their hands often and wearing gloves while serving, which made me feel extra confident about hygiene. Honestly, for the price I paid, I was not expecting this level of care and comfort. It felt cozy, safe, and really well thought-out. Would definitely recommend—especially to other solo girls on the go! 💖 PS: The administration provided complimentary breakfast, which was a total surprise.

Fantastic value! Property was beautiful, very quiet. There were only couples there for the most part. Very relaxing stay! Highly recommend the price was great for the amenities that were all there. It’s hard to find a room with a jet tub for a reasonable price these days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We reserved a smaller room but it was still spacious and very quiet. The continental breakfast was excellent, lovely hard boiled eggs, excellent Montreal style bagels that were enough to justify a return visit. The restaurant is top notch, quiet, excellent food and service. It would be easy to never leave the property but Ste Anne has a lot to offer, especially the ski or bicycle trails on Le P'Tit Train du Nord. We look forward to being regular guests! We came looking for snow in a bad time for snow but were happy to have two days of cross country skiing despite bad conditions.

Owners were pleasant and helpful . Building and room full of character. Quiet, forest all around. Able to use kitcken, with eggs from their chickens. Owner contacted us immediately about an object left by mistake.
