A lovely hotel for a short stay in Luzern. We were always greeted by lovely staff and the daily breakfast was great with incredible variety. The location is nicely tucked away from main tourist areas if you have access to a car, but it isn't too far from the city centre.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The service was excellent, and the staff made me feel very special. The design is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable with great attention to detail. ‏The dining experience was outstanding, with fresh and delicious meals paired with exceptional service. Spectacular stay - one of the most magical places I've ever stayed overnight. During my visit, we awoke above the clouds to watch the sunrise, and the experience is simply stunning. The room was perfect - comfortable, clean and more tastefully decorated than other mountaintop hotels I visited in Switzerland. Since all food has to be shipped up to the hotel, the quality of dinner far exceeded my expectations and the dining room is beautiful and classic. Staff agreed to an early check-out to allow me to descend on the first funicular run, which I appreciated.

This city is a short distance from Lucerne.

This city is a short distance from Lucerne. There are frequent trains that go to Lucerne and further into Unterwalden. The main attraction in Hergiswill is the glass works and its museum and restaurant. There is a boat that stops there. One of its benefits is hotels that cost less than Lucerne Hotels and offer great views of the Lake. Consider it a suburb of Lucerne.

Where to start! We stayed for part of our honeymoon, I had been so excited to stay somewhere with such incredible views and it did not disappoint! The apartment is modern,clean with a rustic charm. The view is breathtaking. Larissa, Beat and the whole family were welcoming and so friendly! (Including the cats!) We would 100% stay again. Parking is great- under a carport so very safe. Hergiswil is a great place to stay near Lucerne especially if driving. Our stay was a highlight of the whole honeymoon.

Breathtaking view, awesome cuisine. Very good spa with standard facilities. Pet- friendly hotel. Very helpful and friendly crew - they even inform me that my car had lights turned on. I feel very comfortable there, will come back for sure.

Beautiful location, really nice hotel, lovely room with an amazing view and a large balcony to enjoy it. All the staff were super friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We only stayed one night but would love to stay much longer.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the facilities and breakfast. Hotel staff were friendly snd professional . it was close to the main train station and we did many day trips from here.
