Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. To call this hotel exceptional would be an understatement. They welcomed us after a last minute booking late at night, treated us to an exquisite dinner, and kept us entertained with conversation. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location brilliant for hiking, and so our stay was purely wonderful. If we could give a 20 point review instead of 10, we'd go for that. Thank you again to the hosts!

I couldn't find the perfect word to describe this place. All I can say is wonderful! This place is located in the small town called "Randa" where you can take a train to Matterhorn. The cleanliness and room decoration was more superb than we think. Additionally, they have plenty of kitchenware which we can fully use when we stayed. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hosts are excellent. They provided all the information by email. The location is great, near Randa train station, 20 minutes by train to Zermatt. The kitchen is old (vintage looking), well-equipped with everything that is needed for cooking. Super quiet. Beautiful view. I think this place is great value for money for people who like to stay away from busier Zermatt.

We had a comfortable stay at this location for 2 days. The location was perfect as it is just 20mins from Zermatt by train and just a minute’s walk from Randa train station. The rooms and facilities were excellent. The owner and staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.
