The food was great, the Service Team was very friendly and helpful and what was extraordinery the lovely attitude to dogs. Our Schnauzer got as good service as us. In the room there was everything ready - a bed, 2 bowls, treats, dog towels. At the restaurant the same. I never experienced such a nice dogfriendly aproach. Thank you so much! As a starting point for a four day winter hike in Engadin it is good. The hotel is one of the few open at this time of the year. It's small and charming and is being run by an Italian couple that previously ran a mountain cabin but were tired of the snow, the wolves and the loneliness in winter. The place has a comfortable atmosphere and you are being warmly welcomed. Italian style. So positive. The menu is not big but cooked with passion and the taste flambé was good. Breakfast next morning went down well and so I was ready for the walk.

We are 3 long distance cyclists riding from the UK to Italy and the Baer and Post is easily up there amongst the best of the best. Beautiful location. Lovely hotel with everything you need. Great welcome. Very friendly and the owner takes the time to chat to all the guests at dinner. Very good food and breakast. The room, for 3 people was superb. You cannot fault the Baer and Post. Highly recommended. I will stay here again, not with my 2 cycling mates but with my Wife!.

This hotel was the perfect stopover for us as we were travelling through. The staff were friendly, courteous and kind and the room was super clean. Arriving late, we ate in the hotel and the meals were lovely and very reasonably priced for Switzerland. Our one night stay also included a delicious fresh breakfast, with the staff there being attentive there too. We were well impressed as it was a last minute booking and will return.

Very clean hotel with comfortable and newly furnished rooms, spacious enough for a long weekend. Fun and friendly owner, trying to make sure that even solo travellers are having a blast on Saturday night. Immense breakfast buffet, with a stunning view on the mountains. I will definitely come back soon!
