While the price was a little high compared to other places of this standard, you cannot beat it for its location and the serenity of the environment that it is situated within. The staff are great and do their best to make sure that you have what you need and when you need it. The views from the room, if it isn't foggy, are simply stunning and time seems to stand still when you are staying there. Stan kindly provided us with transport to and from the Great Wall and this helped to set up a wonderful day for us.

My stay at CMYK Stoneyards was absolutely wonderful, from start to finish. The house is beautiful, the surrounding nature is stunning, and the food is the freshest and most delicious I have eaten in China. This place is a little paradise, the owner has done an incredible job at designing the spaces and the staff is super friendly. Big thank you to Marina for her warm welcome and support during my stay. Very new facility, spacious and very kids friendly. Kids love the pool! The hotel restaurant is expensive but very tasty. Only 1.7 km away from the entrance but not nice to walk. Close by many restaurants

The accommodation was even better than we expected. It is very well equipped and we felt like at home. Lily and her husband are very great host, they helped us with booking tickets and Also they picked us Up in Beijing. They speak English. The Wall is just 5-10 min by walk.

Micky and her family were superb hosts. They house is beautifully decorated with really comfortable rooms. Breakfast was the best we had during our stay in China. We were so lucky to have found such a beautiful home stay and such excellent hospitality.

The location was perfect for me, close to the bus station, and close to a very nice part of the wall, you can walk there. The hotel is managed by a family, from entering the door till I left, I felt very welcomed. The hotel has a nice garden and dinner was always very good. Can totally recommend it.
