A new hotel with good and comfortable rooms and a reasonable gym. Staff tries to assist foreign guest where so required, which is quite sympathetic. Breakfast was so so, but sufficient. For a business trip this hotel is recommendable as it’s also quite centered and not extremely far from airport and where I had to be.

Close to the airport, the staff were very helpful and accommodating of my last minute booking due to changed flight times, the room was immaculate and well stocked with tea, coffee and essentials. The 24 hr reception was helpful for my early check out, they spoke English and booked my taxi for me.

    Dalian is a peninsulas in north China, a very beautiful, peaceful, clean environment with oceanic vibes. We came from San Francisco, and Dalian is smaller sized better SF. The Ocean Center is amazing with a large aquarium and shows, the Zoo is high quality and huge in size, the hotels and restaurants and everything else is awesome, comparable to any first class city world wide. The food is amazing, one large bowl of beef noodle soup only 15RMB, about $2, it's my favorite, you can get pretty much any food here, we tried one Indian cuisine and it was authentic northern Indian food, the farmer's markets are abundant fresh vegetables and fruits and meats, Chinese people have a great life here, the quality of living is great!

    Very beautiful city with loads to see and do. fabolous restraunts, great transport links, very clean citywith beautiful greenery and flower planters along streets. Beautiful street and building lighting at night. Very hospitable and friendly people both young and old. Nice mix of old buildings with new. lovely parks and sea views. loads for people to do and see, ideal for family holidays great transport infastructure for getting around. Lovely bars and clubs with live music for all types of music tastes, for young and old from popn to clasical to jazz. Great live theatre

    Beautiful modern clean City with a Mediterranean feel with Russian and Japanese influence . Great tourist destination with activities for the whole family young and old. You will need at least 4 nights 5 days to comfortably experience the delights of this City . Plenty of food choices from local to international cuisines . Needless to say the seafood was superb.

    Dalian Shell Museum was the best out of over dozen shell/s museums I ever visited worldwide. Very nice big exhibition of sea shells, land snails, fossils. It took us 4 hours to see everything including nice souvenir shop.

    Beautiful city and nice getaway from the big cities like Shanghai or Beijing. Lots to do here, so two weeks is probably sufficient. Beautiful views of the skyline and ocean scenery. Plenty of shopping as well. Can't go wrong for the visit, but if you go low-budget, well, you kind of get what you pay for. The city has several zoos, lots of beaches, parks and hiking around as well.

    It is a beautiful city by the sea with amazing sea food and tourist attractions. The beach is lovely and Venice and Russian neighborhoods are good for walking. People are nice and shopping is so fun.. you can have the best cakes there specially Holiland.

    Good location, nice open air lobby with nice Chinese garden, good breakfast buffet, nice views in horizon lounge, good late check out in horizon club. Happy hour in horizon club consisted of a hot food buffet and drinks which I was pleasantly surprised about (I expected a simple free cocktail but it was basically dinner and snacks). Horizon club king rooms had huge bed, so we had our little one sleep between us and there was so much space. Rooms were clean, but underwhelming for the price paid.
