Possibly the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in. Very friendly staff in the Indigo Ningbo Riverside Hotel. Unfortunately we arrived late and had to get a very early train, but will definitely plan to come back and spend more time there

Excellent service, kindness and cleanliness. Butler Tammy Wang did a great service. Spacious room with large bed, desk, amazing view. Western upper standard. Free drinks from the minibar and fruits. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Pool and Gym in the basement, where they will provide you with towels, water, swimming cap etc.

Everything was perfect, all the hotel was very customer friendly, there was everything we needed. The food was great, also the swimming pool and relaxing area was very nice, clean and relaxing. The hotel is in very nice area and it is great for a walk.
