The hotel is simply spectacular, and the staff are helpful and kind. I received a warm welcome which, when traveling, really influences one’s impression and perception of the country being visited. The room is spotless, and the materials are of the highest quality. I was supposed to stay just one night, but I kept extending my booking for several more nights because I didn’t want to leave. Moreover, whenever I needed assistance, I always received support. I will definitely come back again! I give the highest rating both to the property and to the staff — truly highly recommended!

This hotel was a great place to stay during a short layover in Beijing between flights. In the middle of the night I wandered the hotel in my pajamas in search of a vending machine, and found something much better: A self service store that you could open and purchase from via wechat. The room was a very clean and comfortable, and the hotel supplied anything that might be needed for a short stay.

The breakfast buffet was great- a lot of variety! The room was amazing, very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The best part of my stay was the staff, they were all so friendly and lovely. A big thank you to Austin and Alex for the amazing customer service and for making my stay as smooth as possible, you both went above and beyond for me organizing transport back to the airport, organizing so I can check in hours earlier and for the lovely fruit bowl in my room. Would happily stay at and recommend the Cordis hotel again , 10/10 for everything. Thank you everyone especially Austin and Alex for the amazing service!
