We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The room is clean and nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. It was a short 8 mins walk to food and Caohejing in City, a swanky mall where u can get your shopping done. The 12 mins walk to the subway station is also a pleasant one. The hotel is just next to Tencent.

The room was great, very clean, and spacious enough for our needs. Great to always be supplied with plenty of bottled water. Having a laundry room (and also the possibility to leave the laundry to be done by the staff) was great. I loved the delivery robot as well, it made for an extremely fun experience. The hotel is very close to the terminal station of metro line 1, which offers great connections to a lot of interesting areas in the city, including the centre. There's also a direct bus line to the Shanghai Zoo, which is great. I will definitely look into booking here again when returning to Shanghai.

Room is very comfortable, with Dyson hairdryer, a sofa, Japanese style toilet,, bottles of water every day, snacks and decent coffee. The only thing it's missing is a fridge. Lots of Western and Asian options for breakfast. Staff don't speak much English but they're very nice and helpful. Metro station entrance just around the corner (need to walk 5 minutes for the actual trains but it has 3 different lines, which is very convenient
